How to donate to the Hidden Garden Steps

There are many ways to donate to the Hidden Garden Steps and to have a tile and text of your choosing as a beautiful and lasting delight in the Inner Sunset. Our budget of $300,000 is our goal.

You can sponsor an element as a family, block or community group, a memorial to a loved one or a local merchant, and have unlimited text (within reason!). The "Step Design" link shows the city's original drawing, and where the elements will be found on the steps.

You can donate an individual tile. There are three sizes with corresponding character limits:
     $1,000 (Large, with a maximum of 40 characters)
        $350 (Medium, with a maximum of 28 characters)
        $150 (Small, with a maximum of 20 characters)

If you wish to donate without a tile on the steps, we are grateful for whatever amount you send.
